Meeting Minute 23 January 2013 (Pre-Alpha)

In this day, Shahnim and Jazmi separated the team by meeting them with the leader from each department.

The design and curation department was given a briefing session about the A1 posters we have to submit on week 13 by Shahnim.

Change of Week 13 Live Exhibition Format, due to unavailability of panel installation.

Students are to create three A1 (33.1 x 23.4 in/ 841 x 594 mm) posters to creatively present their work that communicates clearly

• How your idea answered the brief.
• Aim to grab the judges attention in 30 seconds, and from there, don’t let it go!
• Keep the format Simple and Entertaining.
• Clearly showcase your
• Great Idea, Brilliant Execution and
• an Answer to the Brief.

1. 1 poster for General idea of Project.
2. 1 poster for Design Execution and Development.
3. 1 poster of Technical Execution and Development.
